My journey began in Houston, where I first explored design while volunteering for community organizations. At Lamar University in Beaumont, I launched my freelance brand, Cristian Designs, where I created logos, packaging, and marketing collateral for small businesses. I also contributed to student clubs and organizations, designing promotional materials that built awareness and engagement. These experiences taught me how to consult with clients, manage projects professionally, and translate creative ideas into real results.

That foundation opened the door to larger opportunities. At Valencia College in Florida, I focused on student engagement marketing while earning my bachelor’s degree. As a Student Leader, I planned and promoted 20+ campus events, introduced bilingual marketing campaigns, and helped increase student attendance by 34%. During this time, I also co-founded Crafty Couple, an e-commerce sticker business with my wife, gaining valuable experience in branding, customer engagement, and digital sales.

Each stage of my journey sharpened not only my technical skills but also my ability to collaborate, adapt, and deliver impact. Most recently, I completed my MBA with a concentration in Marketing, strengthening the strategic foundation behind my creative work. Today, I am eager to apply this experience in marketing roles where I can grow, contribute, and continue building brands that connect with people.
